Job Summary:
Directs and coordinates all facets of the Bahamas Sales Department, devise and implement sales strategies, forecast sales, supervise and develop sales personnel, maintain working relationships with customers and other company personnel.
Establish and attain sales goals; hire, train and motivate sales personnel; develop and implement marketing and promotional and advertising strategies; maintain effective control of sales expenses; maintain and analyze sales records and data. Oversees updates and renewal of various programs and may be assigned other duties and responsibility as required.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase market penetration with existing accounts.
• Develop and implement strategies to open new accounts.
• Overall marketing strategy to target existing and new types of products and market segments.
• Develop and attain sales, gross profit, and margin targets.
• Analyze, communicate, and act upon statistical data to achieve goals.
• Coordinate sales functions with warehouse operations, production department, purchasing, credit department, human resources, management, information systems and other departments.
• Hire, train, promote, terminate sales personnel and evaluate performance of same.
• Organize, supervise and motivate sales personnel to achieve maximum results.
• Demonstrate strong communication, interpretation, and comprehension skills through verbal, written, diagrammatical and oral presentations.
• Ability to read and interpret general business memos, reports, procedures, or governmental regulations with the capability of disseminating that information and implementing policy and procedure changes as necessary.
• Strong interpersonal skills to include a high degree of sensitivity for customer relations.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as interest, proportions, and percentages.
• Ability to solve day to day problems and deal with a variety of situations.
• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment, meeting deadlines as required.
• Will work on various projects as assigned by the ownership.
• Must be able to adhere to quality control standards.
Job Qualifications:
The talents required for this position include an excellent knowledge of retail/wholesale selling with an extensive knowledge in inventory turnover, return on investment, plus the overall ability to use tact and discretion to achieve his or her purposes through others. In addition, he or she must remain knowledgeable about the fast-moving developments in the retail/wholesales and merchandising fields.
In order to fulfill the requirements of this position, it is highly desirable for the incumbent to: have 8-10 years of business experience with at least 5 years' experience in retail, wholesale, marketing and several years' experience in general management concepts such as planning, accounting, administration, and economics, with specialized on-job training in sales. The education level required for this position is a bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in marketing, business administration, economics, or finance.

JOB SUMMARY:
To maintain, repair, and overhaul Crown powered industrial trucks (electric) and in-plant mobile (golf carts) equipment. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Inspects and tests equipment at prescribed intervals of time or usage or because of breakdown or malfunction. Immediately removes from service any potentially dangerous equipment.
2. Inspects, tests, and aligns lights and wheels and maintains electrical systems and controls.
3. Disassembles, inspects, and replaces worn or broken parts. Grinds and fits parts as required to maintain or overhaul electric motors, rear ends, steering devices, brakes and wheels, lifts, hoists, and hydraulic systems.
4. Test drives repaired equipment before turning over to operators.
5. Changes batteries as needed. Charges batteries and maintains battery fluid at prescribed level. Cleans battery connectors.
6. Maintains records of forklift maintenance and parts usage. Orders repair parts from maintenance department or designated outside suppliers.
7. Notifies supervisor of potentially dangerous equipment noted and corrective action taken.
8. Good attendance is a condition of employment and an essential function of this job assignment.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Clean equipment, removing parts as necessary to do an optimum job. Remove excess grease, paint residue, and scrap from equipment.
• Works with electrician on complex electrical problems on truck.
• May assist in loading/unloading propane tanks from outside supplier's truck.
• Clean floor area around equipment.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Satisfactory work record, including attendance.
2. Completion of 18-month training program or on the job training.
3. Must be able to wear protective equipment such as goggles, face shield, gloves, and work apron.
4. Frequently involves heavy lifting, pulling (up to 50 pounds) or working in awkward positions or lying on back on auto mechanic's "creeper," working beneath truck.
5. Uses trades type tools or hand tools.
6. Close mental and visual effort.
7. Must have own tools.
WORKING HOURS:
6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday - Friday, Saturdays as scheduled.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret general business memos, reports and procedures. Ability to write simple reports. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, other supervisors and/or employee.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve day to day problems and deal with a variety of situations. Ability to interpret, understand a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
