Venison

venisonVenison is deer meat and has a deeper richer flavor than beef. It can either be farmed or hunted. BSF brings you a selection of venison, from 8 rib frenched rack, boneless fore shank, tenderloin butt on, boneless whole loin, boneless short loin and osso bucco which is lean bone-in hind shank ideal for stews and goulash. BSF venison comes both with silver skin on and off. Each cut is very carefully handled and packed in the most hygienic facilities. So whether you are serving red wine pan seared venison with seasonal vegetables or making a stroganoff, you are assured of the quality of BSF venison.
