Antarctic Queen FilletsThe species known as "merluccius australis" is harvested from the icy waters of the humbolt current off the coast of chile. The meat of this fish is white and mild. The skinless-boneless fillets eat like orange roughy.

Cooking Method

Thaw all product under refrigeration for 10-12 hours. Remove plastic wrap.
Broil Remove fish from package. Season to taste. Place in Pre-heated oven on Broil for 10–12 minutes.
Microwave Place fish in microwavable tray. Season to taste. Microwave for 4 to 6 minutes depending on type of microwave oven.
Bake Dip fillets in seasoned mixture of flour and cornmeal, turning fillets in a pan with a little melted butter and then sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 450°F for 6–8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
