- 1 lb flounder fillets
- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp dried minced onion
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- non-stick cooking spray

- Preheat oven to 375°. Spray bottom of glass 9X13 baking
- dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Mix remaining ingredients together.
- Spread evenly over fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until fish is fully cooked.
