- 4–8oz Mahi Mahi
- 1 tbsp cajun seasoning
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- salt
- 1 cup finely chopped fruit (cantaloupe, grape, kiwi)
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Serves 4 |
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Sprinkle cajun seasoning and cayenne pepper on fish.
- In skillet, heat oil. Sear fish on both sides.
- Bake fish for 4-5 minutes or until completely done.
- Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl.
- Place each fillet on a plate and top with fruit salsa.
