- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1/2 cup diced chives
- 2 tbsp capers
- 2 tbsp onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 4 salmon steaks
- pepper

- Finely chop parsley, chives, capers and onion in a food
processor.
- Add olive oil, lemon or lime juice and egg and process until
smooth.
- Add ground black pepper to taste.
- In separate bown, mix soy sauce into sugar.
- Brush each steak with mixture.
- Grill on solid plate, turning occasionally until done.
- Serve with green sauce.
