- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- 8 tbsp olive or peanut oil
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Salt and pepper
- Juice of one lemon
- Chopped Parsley
- Bernaise sauce
Serves 4 |
- Using a fork, beat vinegar, olive oil and salt and pepper(to
taste) together until mixture thickens.
- Brush fish with the french dressing; let stand one hour.
- Brush fish with butter.
- Broil 12 to 15 min or until done; turn after 6 minutes.
- Place fish on a hot platter and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
