Broiled Salmon with French Dressing
Ingredients: Directions:
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 8 tbsp olive or peanut oil
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Chopped Parsley
  • Bernaise sauce

Serves 4

  1. Using a fork, beat vinegar, olive oil and salt and pepper(to taste) together until mixture thickens.
  2. Brush fish with the french dressing; let stand one hour.
  3. Brush fish with butter.
  4. Broil 12 to 15 min or until done; turn after 6 minutes.
  5. Place fish on a hot platter and drizzle with lemon juice.
  6. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
