- 1 1/2 lb Salmon fillets
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 3/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 lg clove garlic, minced
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp water

- Mix all ingredients, except salmon.
- Marinate Salmon for a minimum of 30 minutes.
- Grill 6 minutes per side or until completely done. If using
steaks, each side will take about 15 minutes.
- Use the leftover marinade to brush it often while cooking.
