Grilled Whole Fish
Ingredients: Directions:
  • 4 1½ lb whole fish
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 2 lemons, quartered

Serves 4

  1. Prepare barbeque grill on medium-high heat.
  2. Cut several 1 inch diagonal slits in entire surface of fish.
  3. Rub with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Do this on the inside and outside of the fish.
  4. Grill for 4 minutes without turning. After 4 minutes lift from grill, but do not flip.
  5. Cook about 3 more minutes.
  6. Turn using tongs and cook until completely cooked.
  7. Transfer to serving dish and squeeze lemon juice over all.
