- 4 1½ lb whole fish
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 lemons, quartered
Serves 4 |
- Prepare barbeque grill on medium-high heat.
- Cut several 1 inch diagonal slits in entire surface of fish.
- Rub with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Do this on the
inside and outside of the fish.
- Grill for 4 minutes without turning. After 4 minutes lift from
grill, but do not flip.
- Cook about 3 more minutes.
- Turn using tongs and cook until completely cooked.
- Transfer to serving dish and squeeze lemon juice over all.
